Training & Coaching

Who are the coaches?

Our coaches are UEFA-licensed professionals from Real Sociedad’s Zubieta Academy, experienced in developing elite players and fostering a positive, growth-oriented environment.

We group players by age and skill level on the first day. Coaches may adjust groups to ensure every child is challenged and supported. Special goalkeeper coaching sessions are offered for all interested goalkeepers.

Campers develop soccer techniques (dribbling, passing, shooting), tactical thinking, teamwork, sportsmanship, and resilience. Our goal is holistic development helping each child play like a champion and think like one, too.

Training sessions are run in small groups, with approximately 1 coach per 12 players, allowing for personalized coaching, proper supervision, and an effective learning environment.
